Happy Birthday!

It's crazy to think that a year ago I had a baby in the NICU. It feels like yesterday, and 5 years ago all at the same time. She is doing so much better with eating. She has gained 1.5 pounds since her 9 month old appointment, so we have the go ahead to stop formula. I'm so glad we don't need to keep giving it to her like we thought we'd have to! She still gags a tiny bit more than most babies, but for the most part she does awesome with chewing. 

Olivia:

- The happiest baby you will ever meet. 

- The most wild baby around

- Extremely friendly and outgoing

- Loves to sing! She starts singing along every time she hears music. She even sings all the songs at church. 

- Exhausting to watch, because she's ALWAYS on the move, and she knows exactly where to find trouble.

- An early morning riser. She always wakes up giggling.

- She likes going for walks

- Loves bath time, she cries when it's time to get out. 

- A climber

I love everything about this little girl. We are so blessed to have her in our family.

The Shellabarger's have a tradition of making
 this teddy bear cake on 1st birthdays.

We got her this bouncing zebra toy.
She loves it! It bounces, and will even spin you around.
(think mechanical bull for toddlers)
