A trip to the big city

On Saturday my Grandpa (my mom's dad) had a birthday party. So we went down to Salt Lake to see him, and the relatives on that side of my family. Brooklyn fell asleep about two minutes before pulling into the rehab center parking lot. So Jason stayed out with her so she could get a twenty minute nap. When she came in, she was super shy and tired. She didn't say one word!
Livi on the other hand has no shy bone in her body, and was having a great time looking around and smiling at everybody.

My Mom didn't realize the plan was for everybody to look away from the camera.
Grandpa got Brooklyn a cookie.
What a little Ham!

After the party we decided to go walk around Temple Square.
Jason called up his Grammy to see if we could stop by.
She insisted on taking us to dinner at chick-fi-le with some coupons she had,
and she wanted to come with us while we walked around.
So off to city creek center we went to eat.

Olivia's middle name Norma, is Grammy's name.
The weather was perfect.
Jason and I walked around in short sleeve shirts and no coat.
Brooklyn got to ride on Grammy's chair.
This was her favorite part of the whole day.
Today when we asked her what she did last night she said .
"Me ride on Grammy's chair"
Livi was in pajamas and had one blanket on her.
She was sweating because it was so warm outside!

Oh my heck your girls are just so cute! Grammy took me to chik-fil-a this last summer and managed to get our whole meal for free using her coupon skills and she didn't even have the right coupons! Ha ha oh I just love her. :)
