Spring!

Nobody is more excited for spring, than me and Brooklyn. We have tried to get out and have an adventure every day. This kid is SO much fun!

There is a park in Logan that has ducks. Brooklyn LOVES feeding them. The only problem is, she hates grass. H.A.T.E.S it. Jason swears she plays on the grass with him. But she won't take more than two steps onto it when she's with me. She spent the whole time under a pavilion, and the ducks had to come to her. She had fun though.

We go to the Willow park zoo A LOT. We even have a membership pass. Brooklyn has some favorite animals, and this particular duck is one of them. Every time we go, this duck is walking up and down the fence. She always gets a kick out of it. Yesterday we went, and I didn't bring the stroller. She had SO much fun running up and down the pathway, getting a closer look at the animals.

She spent most of her time running along the fence with this duck.

Is it safe to walk on the grass? She's trying to decide. After two steps onto it, she decided it is NOT safe.

This picture is a little random, but I think it's cute. Brooklyn officially feeds herself now. She will rarely eat something if she doesn't get a fork with it. She even eats her toast with a fork in the mornings. I made her scrambled eggs one morning. I was serving them to her with the spatula when she realized my spoon was a LOT bigger than hers. She insisted on eating with it.

Playing at the park. They have a little playhouse, and she can't get enough of it. She kept running inside and looking out the windows. Isn't that the cutest face ever?
